There are two ways to come to Spain to view properties. Firstly there
is the appointment; this is ideal for those people that are travelling
to, or already reside in Spain. A meeting point is arranged where you
will meet, face to face the member of the company that you have been speaking
to on the phone. This is our opportunity to show you where we will go
over the time that you have. Through a number of calls we will have built
up a thorough idea of what you are looking for, there will be a personal
property portfolio compiled with your requirements in mind.
The alternative way to view properties with Trinity Real Estate is through
a personally designed "Property Tour", known as inspection visits
in the industry. This gives you the knowledge and confidence that for
a very reasonable price you will have your flights accommodation and transport
organised for you. These last from one day to a week and are customised
to your needs. When landing in Spain you will be met at the airport by
a member of our team, who will take you to your accommodation to freshen
up. After a going over your personal property portfolio, you will be taken
around the coast at a leisurely pace.
Viewing properties in Spain is a fantastic experience. It is essential
that you enjoy this unbelievable journey and we do this by taking things
at your pace. It is important to note that we have an exclusive one on

When you are shown properties by Trinity Real Estate there are several
essential pointers to note.
- Your new home will have a TEN-YEAR GUARANTEE.
- Bank guarantees are set in place to protect your
money.
- All existing properties have no debts on them, and
the vendor has the right to sell.
Before you decide to buy you will be given free legal and financial advice
to explain fully the various options available to you. Independent lawyers
and financial advisors are at your disposal when it comes to the purchase.
Alternatively you are free to use any contacts of your own that you may
have.
Once you have found your dream home you need to do the following:
Off-Plan/New Build
- Reserve your property with a reservation fee of between 3000€
and 9000€. This does two things. It takes your property off the
market and importantly freezes the price.
- Appoint a lawyer and apply for your NIE number. The NIE is applied
for at the local police station and takes approximately ten days to
be completed.
- Thirty days after paying the reservation fee, a deposit of 30% needs
to be put down on the property. This is known as signing the Private
Purchase Contract (PPC).
- Await completion of the property (up to two years) and pay the remaining
balance or receive a 70% mortgage from the builder.
Existing Property
- Reserve your property with a reservation fee of between 3000€ and
9000€. This does two things. It takes your property off the market
and importantly freezes the price.
- Appoint a lawyer and apply for your NIE number. The NIE is applied for
at the local police station and takes approximately ten days to be completed.

Thirty days later pay the balance of the agreed price. In some cases a
10% deposit is required if the completion date is over one month.
